Charge 5 not responding

Hey! My Fitbit Charge 5  started to shine with your logo. Could not do anything. Tried to sync and charge but nothing happened. Suddenly it began to vibrate for several minutes. Pause for a while then it continued again. Found how to restart with the charging cable. Nothing happened. On the third try, it started to sour more in shocks. The screen turned black and now I do not get life in it at all.

I have had nothing but issues with mine. From battery only lasting 2 days to now no display and not syncing. I have tried to reset with the button on charge cable, it vibrates with no display. Not happy with product.

I saw you mentioned that you already tried the restart procedure using the charging cable and that you continue to get a black screen. In addition to that, you can also try changing to a different clock face (if you're able to sync your device).
