Charge 5 not showing 24 heart rate graph

Since the last two updates of the Fitbit app, but heart rate graph is not showing and it simply says "No Data, Wear your device to get heart rate data"

I am obviously wearing it.  I have tried everything on this forum multiple times.  I have reset, un-installed and re-installed, forget device and even factory rest.  The device still syncs and shows my current heart rate, but the graph is not updating and showing 24 hour history.  This began after the prior app update, and I was hoping it would be resolved after today's update.  No luck.  I have even run through all the protocols again after the new app update.  Please someone help?

Thanks.

Hello @HikerRB

There is currently an issue on the Fitbit side that affects the heart rate graph. The team is aware of the issue and is working on fixing the problem.

There's a thread on the Charge 6 product help forums about this issue (<-- click link) where some of the users have found a workaround. They noticed that they were able to see the heart rate graph again after changing the clock from 12 hours to 24 hours. This workaround might be an option until the fix is rolled out.
