Charge 5 not showing Spo2 readings

I need some help please. I don’t get any Spo2 readings in the morning. Got the premium sub. All the info I have found so far didn’t help me. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks.

It works in Switzerland but stops working in France when both countries are on the list of availability. Spo2 seems to be very delicate. I had the same issues with Charge 4.

Thanks for looking into the matter w.r.t SpO2. I am from India before purchasing this product saw lot of reviews on Amazon on SpO2 functionality. 

I am glad this will be fixed

In the small print I found this 

 

Breathing rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, skin temperature variation and SpO2 are available with Ionic, Versa family and Sense devices only.

Charge 5 does SPO2. It is just very sensitive and suffers interruptions for nonvisible reasins. It isnalso not available in certai  counties which are however listed as bejng covered. It is all very unclear.Envoyé depuis mon appareil Galaxy

i am the same. I got my Fitbit charg5 a week ago and it showed the second night where it indicate i got 96% and the last couple days dont show at all. I tried uninstall the SP)@ and reinstalled it but still not working at all. I also restarted my fitbit from setting as well. I need some help from fitbit community desperately. Please give me some advice to rectify the issue.
