Hi, just got the charge 5 on Friday, done all the trouble shooting, moved position on arm etc and still not seeing Hourly activity, sleep score, heart rate, sp02%. Anyone got any idea as to why this is happening. When you upgrade to the newest device you expect it to wow you, this ihas not happened🙄
