Charge 5 not showing sleep, oxygen or heart rate for 5 days

5 days ago my charge 5 stopped displaying heart rate, oxygen, and sleep. Fully charged, synched and restarted. Setting had not been changed

Charge 5 has only 2 apps which show oxygen

It is not showing the oxygen during sleep since sleep is not registering nor is heartrate
