My charge 5 seems to have just stopped showing split lap times for each km when running. Is this a new bug?

My Charge 5 has also stopped showing splits. I see my time for the first km and nothing after that even though I can see my entire run on the map.  It's extremely frustrating as I'm training for an upcoming race. I'd really like to know how to fix it.

There’s another thread where this has been reported as a bug to be looked into - just so you know.
