Hi,
I just noticed that my Fitbit charge 5 isn’t really syncing with the Fitbit app again today, not sure why this is happening and the charge 5 isn’t really charging either. Please let me know if there is a way to fit it.

Thank you so much for letting us know that your Charge 5 isn't syncing nor charging.
Have you already checked if the Fitbit app or your Fitbit Charge 5 need to be updated?
