Charge 5 not syncing with Samsung A52s or tablet

Earlier this year i upgraded my Fitbit from an Inspire to a Charge 5. Everything was fine until a couple of weeks ago when the Charge 5 wasn't registering sleep data and pairing was broken . Managed to get pairing back by the recommended methods. Day before yesterday lost the pairing again. Help!

Thank you for the details provided about the inconvenience with your Charge 5. 

Let me know if you're seeing any specific error message or if you're generally having issues to sync your data. As you mentioned earlier, there are a few steps that have been useful for other people to resolve syncing issues.  Let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here as well. 

If the issue persists, I recommend that you try restarting the device using the three pulse restart method with the charging cable. In addition, please try the following steps: 

  • Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  • Turn Bluetooth off and on. 
  • Open the Fitbit app and sync again
