Wonder if we got an update? It was fine yesterday and today NADA. It is keeping my steps and calories burned on the device but not recognising daily activity. I have reset twice with no result. I might try deleting the app from my phone and reinstalling to see if that helps.
Best AnswerI exited the app and reinstalled. Does not communicate. Also no longer taking a charge. Not even a year old.

Best AnswerUpdate. After allowing my charge 5 to run down and not wearing it for a day 🙃, I attached the charger and it took a full charge. I then tried to sync and was surprised that I'm back in communication
