Charge 5 not tracking SpO2 data

After you fixed the issue of skin temp not showing in the app for multiple days, the spo2 readings are now not working. App is saying no data for last 24 hours on both my charge 5 and my wife's Luxe

Thanks for letting me know about your Charge 5 and your wife's Luxe. I'm sorry you're having this experience and to look into this, do you recall since when this started to happen? May I know the model and OS version of your phone?

If you haven't done so, please review this help article which describes what factors impact the SpO2 data. Additionally, I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. Remove the SpO2 app from your tracker.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your tracker to refresh its performance.
  3. Reinstall the SpO2 app and make sure all permissions are turned on.
  4. Wear your tracker about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone for at least a full day, including to sleep at night.
  5. In the morning, sync with the Fitbit app and check your details.
