Charge 5 not tracking anything and battery draining

This is the second time in 2 days (but not the first go around since purchasing this frustrating tracker), first day, I lost all my tracking on everything, overnight included. Today, no step tracking and no sleep tracking. This is ridiculous. I have had nothing but trouble with this Fitbit Charge 5. My battery keeps dying also. Now AGAIN I am going to lose all stats. Please do not ask me to press the button 3 times again, it just does not work. Also went to settings and restarted device - does not work.
