My charge 5, which I have had for two years now and has had very little problems, is starting to read my heart rate 50+ below what I’m actually doing. The treadmill reads it as 160 while the watch says 100. I’ve taken it manually and it’s ~160 while the watch isn’t correct. I base my diet on my calories burned and the Fitbit is failing to accurately track the heart rate, the thing every watch can do. It’s leading me to look into other watch brands. Any solutions? Or is it just getting old.
