Purchased Charge 5

Nightmare so far 

won’t record heart rate

wont record sleep 

 

30mins on to support and no resolution

I have purchased the charge 5 in september, 

 It stopped tracking hearth rate and sleep. I

restarted it still doesn’t work.

Mine doesn’t either. I might get one Hrv and sleep detail a week. Prime subscription isn’t worth the money if it doesn’t work.

I ended up returning my Charge 5 and am wearing my old Charge 4. It works
better.

I have the same problems a gain and a gain... sometimes no Heart tracking or wrong lecture, or no activity tracking even when  I do an aerobic class, always something missing or wrong. I followed all the instructions of restarting Many Times. Stills havé problems! I think this Chargé 5 is défective!

My charge 5. Records oxygen and heartbeat intermitantly. I will look at competing products
