Ever since the most recent app update, my Charge 5 has not been tracking my sleep correctly - I only get the simplified sleep summary, no sleep score. The sleep times are off by hours. It still tracks heart rate and steps accurately.
Note: I've been using a Fitbit for 10 years. I know what I'm doing. I wear it correctly, and I keep it charged. Something has definitely changed over the past few days, and it's not anything I'm doing.
I'd appreciate a quick solution to this problem, as the sleep data is the primary reason I subscribe to Fitbit Premium.

@BobRandolph I'm going to do a little trial during the next week and keep track of how much I sleep vs. what my Fitbit has tracked. This is after I've just deleted Monday-Wednesday because what it tracked each of those nights was terribly wrong. So for last night (I don't usually go to bed until after midnight) I was surprised that it was about dead on for the first time in a long time. I've developed a routine from other's suggestions, where I will sync my C5 before I go to bed, and then twice when I get up. I don't know if this actually has any effect or not quite frankly.
When the week is over I'll be reporting what I've found during the course of 7 nights, just for sh*ts and giggles. I'll certainly never resort to keeping track each night, and if it's wrong edit the log to reflect my actual sleep time. To me this defeats the whole purpose of having one.
