Charge 5 not tracking sleep score when also wearing a silver bracelet

I noticed that if I wear a silver bracelet next to my Charge 5, which I usually do, I do not get a sleep score. Once I made this connection and stopped wearing a bracelet, I have received a sleep score. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Thanks for letting me know about this situation with your sleep score tracking when wearing your Charge 5 and a silver bracelet.

I was able to find a case that was created about this situation with support. They have sent you a response, my best recommendation would be contacting them once again if you have any other question or concern.
