Charge 5 not updating on Today page and Issue with custom food

Hey, I have been having 2 Issues with my Fitbit since alst Tuesday:

1) I can update my Food and Calorie intake within the Food tab in the Fitbit app, but when I go back to the Today page, the Food part has not been updated. If I go to my Fitbit Dashboard, it also says there that I have not logged any food, even though I have.

 

I have already tried all of the steps in a recent Topic from MarkT114:

- Restart Fitbit

- Synch again

- Change Clock Face,

But all to no avail.

 

2) When i create a Custom food and set the serving size to 100 grams and then save, the standard portion is then reverted to 1 bar.

So if I were to eat 150 grams of that Food, I'd have to select 1,5 bars instead of just Inserting 150 grams. This is the first Custom Food for which I am having the Issue, I was able to set up all of my previous Custom Foods to a Serving Size of 100 grams.

Maybe this is related to the 1st Issue where it seems to not be synching?

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your calorie information. 

 

I understand how frustrating this can be and please know that all your comments are greatly appreciated. I was able to confirm that other users are having trouble with their food logs and the information about calories not updating or syncing; this has been escalated to our team so they can look into it. The next Fitbit app version will bring a fix for this issue, so please wait until an update is available for your Fitbit app.
