Charge 5 not updating

Message that update available.  My Fitbit is not updating. (Charge 5). Any advice?  Thanks in advance

Have a look at Fitbit's troubleshooting guide for update problems at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2047.htm

 

Hopefully, that will get you going again. If not then, as it says in the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support.
