Charge 5 is not vibrating to remind me to move more. Nor does it celebrate when I reach 250 steps per hour or my daily step goal. Never realized how much I like those reminders and the celebrations. I checked on where I should wear the watch and I am doing that correctly. The manual mentions increasing the vibration but I can't find it in any of the menus for settings?
Thank You for the assistance

I only get vibrate sometimes. Rarely. Also doesn’t always auto recognize walks It might do so 2 or 3 days. Then stop for a day or two. I have to manually entered. Or only recognizes 27 minutes out of 44. Also auto synching not always working. I have to pull down the page to manually synch a few times a day. I am
beginning to think Fitbit is no longer an option when looking for a tracker.

@ElderlyFitLady I'd suggest to first check if the reminder to move is actually set to "On".
To do so, please open the Fitbit app, then follow these steps:
Next, let's see which setting for the vibration alarm is set on your Charge 5:
When the watchface is visible, please swipe completely down until you see Settings.
Tap Settings, then swipe up to the fifth menu entry that says "Vibration".
There you can change if you prefer strong or normal vibration.
I hope this helps to track down the problem.

Talahthas,
Thank you so much. I found vibrations and chose stronger. I realized I had sleep on and turned that off. I went to the hourly activity tile and tried to set the times to 9am to 6 pm but I kept changing on me? But I did have the reminder to move on. I will see how it goes today. I use to have charge 3 and I am a new user to 5.
thank you again for your help
