Despite having activated the water lock feature, my Charge 5 stopped working after swimming yesterday. The screen is completely black and the fitbit is not vibrating at all. I have tried all the trouble-shooting suggestions I can find: drying it out, cleaning the connections on the fitbit and the charger, re-setting via the button on the USB charger cable and nothing has worked.

Hi, mine did the same yesterday. I've already swam with it when it was new...but yesterday, it just stopped. Didi similar to you (reboot, clean, dry it more..etc) but nothing, dead. it's not even 1 year old, so i'll probaly ask for an exchange.
