I woke this morning with 6,439 steps. I must have been busy while sleeping. Anyway, I have been looking for a way to reboot my watch. I tried to sync it, it won’t sync. We have been on vacation all week so it wasn’t synced since. I tried to get to the forum but I am not allowed??? This is frustrating because I haven’t really loved the 5. I had the 3 for 3 years and had no issues until it had lights out.

Sorry to hear about your problem with the Charge 5.
If you want to reboot it, you can try 2 ways. From the Charge 5 itself, swipe down from the Clock Face screen until you get to Settings, tap, then scroll up until you get to Restart Device. Follow the instructions.
If you want a harder reset, connect it to the charging cable and press the button at the USB end 3 times until the Fitbit logo appears.
