Can't get any notifications on the charge 5 including the hourly notification to get the 250 steps. Has anyone else got this issue? I have updated the app on the phone, logged out of fitbit and logged in again and synced and still didn't work

I got my Charge 5 to receive notifications again. I used my Android Fitbit App. From the main screen I selected my icon in the upper left corner. I then selected Charge 5. Then on the next screen I selected the trash can and deleted Charge 5. I then added it back and followed the pairing process. Also be sure to synchronize your Charge 5 before doing this process so you will have the latest data exchanged once you add it back.
