I bought my Fitbit a year and 3 days ago and it will not charge. I have tried different charging ports and currently it is on a plug-in with USB charging ports. This is really frustrating because you spend a lot of money on a device and if it only lasts 1 year and a few days that's ridiculous! The charging ports are clean and I put it into the lock mode yesterday when I swam dried it off dried my arm off and then turn it back out of the lock mode. When I finally got it on the charger it showed me that it was at 1%. It has not gone up since last night.

I'have the same issue, but my device was purchased only a few weeks ago. It slowly charges but as soon as I remove it from the charger it goes back to 0%. Very frustrating.

Call customer service. They replaced mine free. Or I could've chosen 1/2 off a different product. Good luck!
