Charge 5 only gets text messages and Messenger notifications

I only ger notifications from text messenges and Messenger when Im on the phone. If Im not using the phone the fitbit does not vibrate if I get a text. Sleep mode is not on.

Have you had a chance to confirm that your Charge 5 is still set to receive notifications from your phone? If you would like instructions on how to do this:

• Tap on the device icon in the upper left of the Today page
• Tap on the Charge 5 tile to get to the Charge 5 Gallery & settings page
• Tap on Notifications
• On this page, confirm text messages is enabled and it shows the correct app

You might want to double check that Do Not Disturb mode is not enabled on your Charge 5. You can swipe down from the clock face to confirm both DND and Sleep modes are not enabled.

Another place to double check is in the Settings tile on your device:

• Swipe down from the clock face until you get to Settings (last tile) and tap on the tile
• Swipe up to Quiet Modes and tap on the tile
• Swipe up and confirm none of the Quiet Modes are enabled
