Charge 5 only lasted 6 months

What a deceiving experience with this device. It lasted exactly 6 months and 12 days. Then, it went completely black. I tried to restart it with the cable and the three clicks method. I've done this like 100 times. It seems to respond to the restart, but it never goes past the Fitbit logo. Now it's just a piece of e-crap.

I got in contact with the customer service, honestly, I felt I was talking to a bot. They gave me generic answers, as if they never read what was going on (like "sync with the app", or "change the face clock", come on, the device is dead). Every single time I reminded them that the device was dead and that I already tried the restart without success. I had the hope that some other secret method could really restart the thing. It's an expensive gadget to last 6 months. Luckily, I didn't pay for the premium app.

If anyone knows any different "hack" to fix the device, I'll appreciate.

I'll certainly not buy from this company again.
