Charge 5 only showing distance in app

My Charge 5 Fitbit won't show the distance anymore, it's always at 0km. It shows everything else correctly (steps, etc). When I open the app, the distance is available and getting tracked.

Anyone else facing this issue or knows how to fix it?

Thank you for providing the details about your difficulty with Charge 5. 

I'm not sure if you are still having this situation with the device. Please confirm that you have tried to restart the device as indicated below:

1. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app.
2. Tap the  Settings app > Restart the Device > Restart.

If your device is not providing the distance yet, perform the steps:

1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, refer to How do I charge my Fitbit device?
2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

Another way to restart your device is to unplug it, wait a second, and plug it back in. Repeat this process 3 times in an 8 seconds interval and then wait 10 seconds until the device restarts.
