Charge 5 only showing resting heart rate

My Fitbit app is only showing resting heart rate. I need to track my heart rate so this is important for me.

I have tried restarting my charge by the button on the cord, signing it off the app and signing back in, deleting the app and re installing, and deleting the charge and adding it as a new device.

 How do I fix this?

Are you seeing your heart rate on your Charge 5? Is it only the app that isn't showing your real time heart rate?

Yes, I see it on the charge. It’s just the app that only shows resting hr

Thank you for confirming that you see your heart rate on your Charge 5 and it's missing in the app. 

Were you able to see your real time heart rate in the app previously? Have you recently updated your Fitbit app?
