Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Gkokkinos. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 only shows Fitbit logo and thank you for sharing your picture. 

Please set up your tracker again:

  1. Tap the Today tab > Then tap Devices 
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
