Charge 5 only shows logo and is not reacting

I upgraded Charge 5 one day ago, however, it froze when I charged it.The logo kept displaying and no response to restart. I did every step follow the  manual, but it still didn't work. What can I do to rewoke my charge 5 back/

Thank  you for letting us know about this situation and for all your efforts.

If your device is unresponsive I suggest you try to restart it again this way:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. 
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
  3. Another way to restart your device is to unplug it, wait a second, and plug it back in. Repeat this process 3 times in an 8 seconds interval and then wait 10 seconds until the device restarts.
  4. Then try to change the clock face and sync your Charge 5 with the Fitbit app.
