Charge 5 only shows one notification at a time

I have a problem with my Charge 5 showing only one notification at a time and when a new notification comes the last one disappears. my phone is samsung galaxy A52s 5g. i have tried everything i can think of from tinkering with both fitbit and phone settings and reset the device multiple times, i even got a replavement fitbit from warranty for a different problem but still this problem remains, i have tried to solve this problem for almost a year now and I'm all out for ideas on what to try

Sad to hear that you're having issues receiving notifications with your Charge 5. Although you've mentioned having tried several options to solve this issue without success, I'd highly recommend to have a closer look here to make sure not having missed anything:

just looked through that before posting but no luck, and i do recieve notifications but i still can't see more than one notification at a time on my fitbit, when new notification comes the last one just disappears and it shows that i only have one notification even though i have many of them

Did you find any resolution to this? Mine just started doing this yesterday.
