So I bought a charge five in December 2021 and now on April 12 2023 I am checking my data on my THIRD charge 5 yes I have had TWO replacement watches because THEY DON'T WORK. What is worse, having received this one yesterday and checking my sleep from last night I find again nothing is recorded because the charge 5 only works if it is constantly moved. I have spoken to customer services and it seems I cannot have a refund for a product that doesn't work. So I must keep sending the none working watch back only to receive another none working watch...... you can tell this company is now owned by Google.
