Charge 5 or Venu SQ?

I'm thinking of upgrading my 3 year old Inspire HR and I'm choosing between the Charge 5 or the Venu SQ from Garmin. I like the Fitbit app interface (although it gets clunky when syncing sometimes) and I'm thinking of getting a Charge 5 just for the continuity and not having to move. I have been researching since Spotify control would be a nifty feature for me (which I think the Charge 5 doesn't have compared to the 4) in which I think the Venu SQ does have. I value sleep tracking, heart rate, and steps a lot but I wanna hear some feedback from the Garmin side before making my purchase.

Hi @qunelzhas  I've had two real life friends who left Garmin to return to Fitbit. They said they preferred the Fitbit experience, especially the challenges, reliability and the app. One friend left for Apple when they were gifted with it and they said it wasn't the same for them as having their Fitbit. It's pretty hard to know what people will prefer, but I'm thinking you might get more responses on the Garmin forums than you would here. If someone here went with a Garmin product, they wouldn't see your post, especially if they no longer use their Fitbit.
