For the last week now my charge 5 and app have not been syncing up at all. None of my exercises will sync, the exercises that are meant to start after a certain amount of time aren't, and none of my numbers are the same. My steps say one number on the front screen, then when I click in, it says something completely different. Same with calories and food. Everything is reading something different.
I have turned my Bluetooth off and on, all software is up to date, I have uninstall and re installed the app, I have switched to my Google account, I have restarted my phone and my fitbit and fully forgot my device. Nothing is working at all.
Is anyone else having any of these problems? Everything just stopped working last Wednesday.

There are issues on the Fitbit side that's impacting exercise data, step tracking, and calorie tracking. I'm not sure if it's one issue impacting all these functions or if there are multiple issues.
I saw a Moderator post today (12 Sep 2024) acknowledging the syncing issues and data transfer errors. He said that the team is working on identifying a resolution as quickly as possible.
For now, there's nothing more that we can do on our side.
