Charge 5 oxygen sat. Not working for months and I havent been able to get any support for months now

I have a Charge 5, I already Complained about the heartrate not measuring properly and the oxygen saturation not working AT ALL on my watch. I I got support a few months ago, and now I don’t seem to be able to speak to anyone for 2 months That I have been trying, the live chat doesn’t work. I I’m giving up on using my charge 5, it’s not Worth the headache.

My charge 5 also no longer registering oxygen saturation. Grrrr!
