Last October 2021, I've bought the Charge 5 when it only launched seeing all the promos and advertisements of the best tracker yet and Will Strong and all the hype and so decided to buy it because I believe in Fitbit.
What I have discovered is a way overpriced tracker, with half the features and no hype.
First of all, the SpO2 and ECG tracking isn't available in my country.
No, don't tell to post a suggestion because until it won't receive 100000000000 votes it won't arrive. Second, the stairs tracking was removed as comparison to the Charge 2 (my previous tracker).
I don't care much about the Daily Readiness Score because it is not accurate at all.
The Charge 5 tracker cost me in my country about 209 USD. For what? For less features? Or for some childish tracker that is also not accurate at measuring heart rate and steps?
I am very disappointed and will consider in the future if ever buy again your products!!
