Hey, I pulled the strap and the bit that connects the strap to the Fitbit broke off and disappeared. How do I fix this? Obviously can't just buy a new strap because I need the little connector bit. Thank you.

Depending on the age of the unit, you may still be under warranty, eligible for a replacement.
