Charge 5 "Black Screen" following update 1.171.50

Charge 5 screen is black following latest software update. Synch works along with vibrate notifications. Have performed hard reset through smart cord 10X. Changed watch face options 2X. Still no data on screen.

I Davidefitbit, I m experiencing the same problem. I have been given a trouble ticket by your customer service but have received no instructions on how to solve the issue

I've been informed that you were able to get in touch with the Support team again for further assistance with this and it seems  they've provided you with more information. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed or what are the options available for you.
