Charge 5 "Glimpse" clock face is not available

I can see clock faces in my gallery but the last 4, including ‘Glimpse’ is ‘not available’ and I am told to ‘make sure I have the latest versions on my App & Watch’.

So I follow the ‘Learn More’ prompt but I cannot see an update anywhere that needs installing. I have logged out, turned my phone off, restarted my Charge 5 but all of these have made no difference - I still cannot download Glimpse.
Please advise where I go from here?

Why show a clock if I can’t have it!

Hi… thanks for this but the post doesn’t seem to address my actual question; out of the 29 clocks I have showing on my clocks App, the last 4 are ‘not available’… or unavailable for install … for whatever reason that I shall need Fitbit to investigate !  
If you do see anything else in the Community that might somehow relate to the above - do please let me know …

Hi there, I have the same issue @Cazzzzy has. The Glimpse clock face say it’s not available yet I do have the latest updates. Can you help me with this?

I have the same issue. I really want to use the Glimpse watch face on my Charge 5. Does anyone have a solution? My app is up to date.

It is not a single user issue. I also have this issue and others have replied as well. I just received a new Charge 5 and it updated during setup. I have also updated the app.  What is the solution to this????

I have the same issue, trying to install the “Glimpse” clock face on my Charge 5. I’ve contacted support directly, and went through all of the described steps to no avail. 
I’m a long-time Fitbit user, and I’ve subscribed to premium service as long as it’s been available.

I have the same problem with a brand new Inspire 3. No update is available for this device, and the clock face says “unavailable” because my device needs an update.

i really want to use this clock face because it has date, time, and steps all at once, as well as a reasonably legible design!

I learned that the update has many problems, as remarked by those who have
been offered and have installed the it. I think Google is more likely to
call the release we have, that reveals but doesn’t include the “Glimpse”
clock face, the “final” release, and move on to more profitable endeavors.

I really hope that is not going to happen. I had the "bricked" update installed on my device but I could use Glimpse. I really liked it. The only watch face I liked in always on mode.

However, that update killed my device and Fitbit replaced the Charge 5 with a new Charge 5 that is on the previous version (188.58). With this device I have the exact same issue: i can see them but not install them..

 

@MarreFitbit can they not just release on small update to ONLY make those watch faces available? I am still hoping for the other features that were there because they were a very nice addition. But the watch face Glimpse was real nice!

Same! That's one of the only watch faces I like. I'm disappointed with Fitbit and considering switching to something else.

3 months and still nothing.... I just wanted the juxtaposed clock face

Likewise I want the Brisk watch face. Customer service are no help at all.
