I received my Charge 5 yesterday, 8July2022. It updated to the latest version (57.20001.149.11) upon setup, but in the app when I go to the Gallery I get "Oops, looks like there's no Internet connection." I tried switching from my phone from wireless LAN to the Phone data, same result.
I searched the forum and I am not running any add blocker apps or VPN software on my Samsung S10. I also tried it using the Fitbit app in the Windows Store. In the Windows app I can at least see the Clock tile, when I click on it it opens to a blank window.
Did this feature work out of the box for everyone, or is this a feature that takes forever to download and setup?
EDIT 10 JULY 2022 SOLVED
So I installed the Fitbit app on my wife's phone and everything works. So uninstalled the Fitbit app on my phone, then reinstalled it. Same thing no "Oops, looks like there's no Internet connection.".
I figured this out for Android:
Settings > Connections > More Connection Settings > Private DNS
Choices are:
Off
Automatic
Private DNS provider hostname
When it was not working I had it set to Private DNS provider hostname and it had dns.adguard.com, changing it to OFF or Automatic allows the Gallery feature in the Fitbit App to work.

Little mystified here as you mention Internet connection in context of Charge 5. I may be mistaken but I don’t believe the Charge 5 has a WiFi chip and as a result it has no Internet connection. As I understand it the Fitbit Charge 5 syncs via Bluetooth. You may be commenting on something else and in that case disregard this as I am entirely missing your point.

@NotHappy2Day pinpointed a problem that hundreds of us were facing. We were all getting this error from our apps when attempting to change the clock faces for our Charge trackers: Oops, looks like you have no Internet connection.
@NotHappy2Day provided this solution, which works perfectly.
Settings > Connections > More Connection Settings > Private DNS
Choices are:
Off
Automatic
Private DNS provider hostname
When it was not working I had it set to Private DNS provider hostname and it had dns.adguard.com, changing it to OFF or Automatic allows the Gallery feature in the Fitbit App to work, allowing the user to configure clock styles.
It removes the error, "Oops, looks like you have no Internet connection."

Thank you! Perfect solution - I tried to get support from the FitBit team and the only answer was "Our team is working diligently on this. We would love to help you right now, but cannot because there's no solution."
Thanks for solving this!
