I have radiation burns from the light on my wrists from my new charge 5. I got in touch with support who escalated it the new fit bit burns my wrist and still does not give me my SpO%. They got in touch by email to send them a photo etc but then they say that the email is not manned .

what is Fitbit playing at I’ve had four charge fours that didn’t work fully along with two charge 5

I think Fitbit are playing hard to get in touch with so that my cancer or Parkinson’s gets me first

here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.
