About 3 weeks ago my Charge 5 went into Logo Bootloop mode. I literally tried everything to fix it. Online Chat support was absolutely no help. I gave up & moved on to a cheap Casio & decided to buy a Garmin in the future. And left my Charge 5 on the charger.
Then magically it went out of Bootloop mode while on the charger for weeks. I re-installed the Fitbit app & updated the software and paired it again to my phone. I thought all was well but today it weirdly went back into Bootloop mode after 6 hours of usage then went back to normal about six hours later with the battery drained to 37% after being fully charged before I started work.
I am charging it now and everything seems fine for now. But I hope it does not Bootloop again !!! The problem really seem to start after I updated to a newer version of Android on my Pixel 4a.
Not sure if I should give up or keep hope alive ???
