My Charge 3 died a week or two ago (RIP, you served me well for four years) and I set up my new Charge 5 the other day. Everything is going well, except for what I’ve described in the title - when I open the notification centre, it shows the new notification(s), but my Fitbit doesn’t vibrate or give any other indication that I’ve gotten a notification. This is all notifications that I have on: texts, calls, Discord, Classroom, Finch, and Microsoft To-Do. None of them vibrate.
I have: restarted the Fitbit, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app, forgotten my Fitbit from my iPhone settings, toggled off all notifications then turned them back on, and anything else you can possibly think of (including quadruple checking that DND on both my Fitbit and phone are turned off, as well as sleep mode and exercise mode).
Also, the vibration IS working - I’ve checked using alarms, plus it’s been reminding me to do my steps. Is there maybe some obscure setting that I’m missing? I’ve found two relevant forum posts and looked through the solutions suggested in them, but nothing helped.

This is how Fitbit designed it. Non-GPS activities don't sync to Strava.
