I sent a via email last week enquiring when I will get paid my refund for the second defective Fitbit.The watch was picked up by the courier in November. The refund is to be paid into my PayPal account and I will get a notification of payment. No refund as yet. The reply to my inquiry last week asked me to verify my Gmail which I have. Still no answer from Google. Can someone help please?

Hi @Shazzawagga you'll need to get back with customer support for assistance. The forums are peer-to-peer (other users, like yourself) and we have no insight into what's going on with cases.
