Fitbit told me they would issue a refund and credit it to my account within a maximum of 6 weeks (by October 5). However, I still haven’t received the refund. I emailed them, and they responded that the refund has already been credited to my Payoneer account, but when I checked, there was nothing there. They are now advising me to contact Payoneer instead.
Has anyone here actually received a refund for the Charge 5? Is it true that they will process the refund?

You should have received an email notification that your refund is ready. I suggest to check you spam folder as automated emails usually fall there. From the email you should be able to complete the instructions to get your refund.
If you don't find anything, you may need to contact Payoneer.

Hi I tried to contact payoneer but they asked for amount, Payment ID and Date the transfer was made. But I do not know any of the info requested since this is a refund transaction.

Hi there is still no update on this. It has been 3 months and fitbit keeps saying wait and wait for another days/weeks, they keep on extending the period.
