Charge 5 registered I was swimming when I was sitting in a doctor's office

I had a doctor's visit this afternoon and when I got home, I happened to check my fitbit app on my phone.  It indicated it registered a swimming activity and I was like what?  I have not been in the water.  I looked at the time when I was "swimming" and I was in the doctor's office, sitting down and having vitals and labs done.   

 

How would it have registered I was swimming when I wasn't?  especially since I took that activity off as one of my activities since that is not something I do.   I have never had a fitbit register an activity that I wasn't doing.  

 

Anyone else experience fitbit recording an activity they were not doing?

I have the same issue except it happens frequently, almost every week. I h ate swimming and never wear my charge 5 near water. What is the fix?
