Charge 5 remains at Fitbit Logo despite countless attempts to reset

Greetings ..

My Fitbit Charge 5 for some reasons remains at the Fitbit logo, despite my many attempts to reset it ..

 

I had tried even the press 3 times (at 1 sec interval) method but it kept coming back and remained at the Logo screen. 

 

Any other solutions to offer?

Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working as expected. As you've already tried restarting it without success, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to get further assistance:
