My charge 5 has stopped reminders to move and sending notifications of texts and calls. I have turned every setting on and off. I have removed device. I have restarted Fitbit and still nothing. What can I do

I appreciate the information that you've shared about this inconvenience with your Charge 5 and the steps that you already tried.
This sounds like the Do Not Disturb Mode or the Sleep Mode (Quiet Modes) could be turned on in your quick settings, since both of these options prevent the device from receiving notifications, reminders to move or celebrations. If you haven't done so already, please make sure these feature are disabled in your settings.
Could you please confirm if the restart procedure you mentioned was the three pulse restart using the charging cable? In addition, please try setting up the Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem. Then repeat the restart procedure and set up notifications to check if they're working properly.

Hi
I tried the three pulse start several times and never had the logo come up. I did the 'restart' in the settings. Yesterday I removed the Charge 5 and added it as a new device. Where can I check for do not disturb or sleep mode?
