Charge 5 replacement India

Hi!

My Fitbit charge 5 stopped working around May 20 and few days later Fitbit customer care confirmed to send a replacement.

 

I am yet to receive the replacement and I am being told that it is due to warehouse issues. Anyone facing a similar issue? I fail to understand what can be warehouse issues in sending one device replacement

@Nehi the Charge 5 was discontinued in October 2023, when the Charge 6 was introduced. The supply of Charge 5 units is limited and it may take a little more time to get one to you.
