replacement and status email notification has not been received in over one month. account is an original Fitbit account and is a fitbit customer service issue not a google issue -replacement sent thru fitbit RMA, chat is unavailable and the customer service is not answering questions when asked and not communicating effectively. google will not communicate on replacements made thru fitbit. fitbit must provide answers for their customers.
