Charge 5 reverted to displaying Logo

Charge 5 reverted to Logo overnight. I kept it on in the vain hope that it would restore at some point ....... silly me.  I tried rebooting ..... nothing.   I tried installing as new ..... nothing.  I left it on charge for four hours adequate time.   It is still displaying Logo.   I have given up and am arranging for its funeral.

I recharged my Charge 2 .... it doesn't display anything but registers steps, so hey ho if that fails we can have a double funeral.   New software please.

Charge 5 still reverts to constant logo halfway through the night and fails to register sleep. I can't get it to respond early enough to register my morning walk.   Despite changing the clock face at least once daily and registering the device as new it is still a disappointment.   There has also been a new installation of firmware that has also failed to help.   My Charge 2 worked for four and a half years before problems.   I am at the point where I am just going to throw it in a drawer and forget about it.
