Charge 5 rubber gasket/seal has appeared on the underside of the device

In the last few days, parts of the rubber gasket surrounding the sensors and power connectors on the underside of the Charge 5 have appeared. If unresolved, will the device's waterproofing be compromised? How do I get it fixed?

The device is aboutr a year old.

Hi @JohnSigsworth  depending on where you live, the warranty is either one year or two. If you bought an extended warranty, that adds more time to a warranty. These aren't repaired. They are either replaced by customer service if you're under warranty OR if you're out of warranty, they often are able to give a discount code for you to purchase a new device.
